Eric Legrand Visits the Jets Today

Remember when Dennis Byrd paid the Jets a visit last year?  Remember the magic that ensued?  Well the Jets had some similar inspiration today.

Former Rutgers defensive lineman Eric Legrand is visiting the Jets in Florham Park today, in a visit that was organized by Jamaal Westermann, a former teammate of Eric’s.  Legrand was paralyzed last year after a vicious hit, and he, like Byrd, is making great strides to maybe one day walk again.

Should be an inspired practice today.
