Jets Express Interest in Aaron Maybin

As reported by NY Daily News Jets beat reporter Manish Mehta, the Jets have expressed interest in former first round draft pick Aaron Maybin.  The Jets contacted the linebacker after he cleared waivers, he was cut by the Bills earlier this week after failing to meet the expectations of his high draft pick.

Several other teams have contacted him, and it’s not likely he will end up with anther 3-4 scheme like the Jets, but we will find out soon enough.
