Jerricho Cotchery can’t find a team

WR Jerricho Cotchery can’t find a team to play for.
It’s not for lack of trying.
After his release from the New York Jets, everyone assumed he’d be scooped up immediately by a team looking for a solid, uncontroversial, chain-moving receiver.
Apparently not.
Cotchery’s recent visit with the Pittsburgh Steelers? No contract.
His recent visit with the Baltimore Ravens? No contract.
So what gives?
Jamison Hensley of the Baltimore Sun reports that the Ravens decision to pass on Cotchery had nothing to do with his health. Cotchery underwent back surgery in February.
So what gives? Is it possible we may see Cotchery back with the Jets, after all?
It’s being reported that gang green has approximately $10 million in cap space right now, so bringing back the WR can be easily done. Convincing him to come here might be another issue altogether.
