New York Jets sign TE Zinger

After losing on free agent Todd Heap, the New York Jets searched high and wide for the next best thing.
And we are unsure if Keith Zinger is it.
The Jets announced the signing of former Atlanta Falcons TE Zinger to a one-year deal today.
More of a blocking TE, the 26 year old from LSU, by way of Germany, was a seventh-round pick in the 2008 NFL Draft.
