Redskins sign Jets Kellen Clemens
By Marc A. Greenberg

The Washington Redskins were able to snare a New York Jets player after all; it just wasn’t Santonio Holmes.
ESPN Adam Shefter is reporting that the Redskins have agreed to a one year deal with Jets backup QB Kellen Clemens.
Clemens was a second-round pick in 2006, and never fully developed for the Jets. With the drafting of Mark Sanchez, the Jets all but eliminated the possibility of Clemens starting for them.
