Hartsock joins Carolina Panthers; Jets penalties expected to decrease by 99%

If you’ve watched any New York Jets games in the past two years, one thing is unmistakably clear: Ben Hartsock knows how to take a penalty.
Well, the drive killer is no more. Hartsock and the Carolina Panthers have agreed to a 2 year deal.
Rex Ryan summed it up best about Hartsock, who was known to take penalties in practice as well: “We took him out and had him run laps (in practice) and then he does the same thing in the game,” Ryan said.
Enjoy Carolina.
