Rex Ryan fires up Jets staff; reimburses for losses
By Marc A. Greenberg

Can you even imagine how much energy New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan must have now that the NFL lockout is over?
Here’s a hint: According to Rich Cimini of ESPN New York, Ryan delivered a “fiery, training camp-type speech” to 150 Jets staffers today upon their return to work. In addition, Jets owner Woody Johnson promised all staffers that lost wages would be repaid immediately by the team.
How immediate is immediate? According to sources, Johnson said, “When you leave this meeting, the money will be in your accounts.”
Not bad.
Jets football is back.
