UPDATE: Brandon Marshall stabbing

Miami Dolphins WR Brandon Marshall is expected to make a full recovery in two to three weeks after being stabbed last night.

Adam Schefter of ESPN says that Marshall was stabbed in the stomach, and that no “vital organs” were pierced.  Doctors have performed surgery, possibly to fix any “non-vital organs” that were injured.

“This is a very difficult time for Brandon and family,” agent Kennard McGuire and lawyer Harvey Steinberg said in a statement, per Schefter.  “Thankfully he will make a full recovery, we simply ask that his privacy is respected.”
