NFL Schedule to be released tonight

The NFL will officially announce the 2011 schedule on Tuesday at 7 p.m. on NFL Network.

With the New York Jets scheduled to play the New York Giants this season, it seems appropriate that thee matchup take place on opening night, Sunday, September 11, 2011; the 10 year anniversary of 9/11.

The NFL has announced that the Chicago Bears will play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in London this season at Wembley Stadium on Oct. 23. However, if the current labor lock-out continues until Aug. 1, the game will be re-scheduled for Raymond James Stadium in Tampa.
