Former Auburn Tigers QB Cam Newton has signed the most lucrative endorsement deal ever awarded to an incoming NFL player, according to CNBC.

The deal, with Under Armour, is being reported as greater than the one Reggie Bush got in 2006 from Adidas and is in excess of $1 million.

NFL.com’s Pat Kirwan believes the Buffalo Bills, with the third spot in the 2011 draft, are looking to grab Newton.

“From everything I hear, G.M. Buddy Nix likes Cam Newton a great deal, and the Bills might very well be inclined to take him in the No. 3 slot,” Kirwan writes.
