Pep rally time.
New York Jets fans stormed Times Square during rush hour Thursday evening to cheer the Jets on to victory this Sunday in Pittsburgh.
The rally started with Fireman Ed along with Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg, Senator Charles E. Schumer and the Jets’ owner, Woody Johnson.
“Pittsburgh’s gonna find out just like they did one month ago when they beat them, that’s what our fans deserve, and there are no fans like Jet fans,” Bloomberg said.
