Jets all heathy and ready to go
By Marc A. Greenberg

Timing is everything.
With under a week to go before Saturday night’s New York Jets vs. Indianapolis Colts playoff matchup, the Jets welcomed back Right tackle Damien Woody, who missed the last three regular-season games after arthroscopic knee surgery.
For gang green, every player on the 53-man roster was on the field at the start of practice. Safeties Eric Smith (concussion) and James Ihedigbo (sprained knee) are ready to go.
As for Jets QB Mark Sanchez, who is nursing a sore throwing shoulder, Sanchez had admitted that the shoulder is “pretty sore,” but we don’t expect him to miss any time.
