Jets bring back Laveranues Coles

The New York Jets, with an open roster spot from safety Jim Leonhard, have re-signed Laveranues Coles. This is Coles’ fourth stint with the Jets.

Coles will sign Sunday morning, joining the team for its Monday night matchup against the New England Patriots.

Coles broke the news around 5 p.m. on his Facebook page, writing, “In the airport on the way to New Jersey. I get to be a Jet for a weekend.”
