Moss didn’t want to play for Dolphins
By Marc A. Greenberg

Word out of South Beach today is that the Miami Dolphins did, in fact, want Randy Moss to come to Miami and play for them, but it was Moss who said no.
Mike Berardino of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports that the Dolphins “put out feelers” to Moss’ camp, but word came back that he wouldn’t be enthusiastic about joining the team.
If the story is true, then the Dolphins are lucky. An unenthusiastic Moss can be deadly for a team. If the story is an attempt by the Dolphins to deflect criticism for not taking Moss (which some are saying), then it sounds like the Dolphins.
