Cablevision fiasco drags on

It is Friday.

There is a Jets game this weekend… against the Packers.. on Fox.

uh-oh…

Sorry to report this, but Cablevision and Fox have still not reached an agreement and the Jets fans will be the next victim of this absurd disbute.

In legal matter, a Marlboro resident has sued Cablevision seeking a credit or rebate for programming customers paid for but have not received, according to a report on APP.com.

Eric Bohn filed a class-action suit against the cable provider, which hasn’t been able to air the World Series as a result of the on-going dispute between Fox and Cablevision.

Fox channels WNYW Fox 5 and WTXF Fox 29, as well as My9, have been blacked out to Cablevision customers since Oct. 16.
