More trouble on Revis Island

Despite claiming that he wouldn’t return to action for the Jets until he was 100 percent healthy, Darrelle Revis, after the Minnesota Vikings Monday night game, admitted that he apparently wasn’t 100 percent healthy. “It was hurting throughout the whole game,” Revis said.
Revis said his hamstring was “very sore and very swollen” and he wasn’t sure he’d be available for Sunday’s game against the Denver Broncos.
Revis said his hamstring was “hurting” from the first quarter of the Jets’ 29-20 triumph in East Rutherford, N.J., but he didn’t plan on getting an MRI exam.
“If he was sore and all that stuff during the course of the game, I didn’t know that stuff,” Jets coach Rex Ryan told reporters Tuesday. “I had no idea. I hope he’s not hurt.”
Judging from his performance last night, it was evident that Revis was not healthy. The Jets have a BYE week after going to Denver and facing Qb Kyle Orton and Denver’s passing attack.
