NFL Expansion to 18 games a “done deal”

By Marc A. Greenberg

According to Indianapolis Colts team President Bill Polian, an 18-game NFL season is a done deal.

During Polian’s Monday night weekly radio show (that must be a great listen), he called it a “fait accompli” and said the debate is over. Polian is a member of the league’s competition committee and has worked in the league office.

Obviously, there has been much debate over this with NFL players strongly against it. Stay tuned to see the players reactions and how this issue unfolds over the season.
