Jets call Taylor again…

Apparently, Rex Ryan and Woody Johnson reached out to Jason Taylor’s agent again yesterday in an attempt to sign the aging defensive back.

Something just doesn’t seem right here.  Taylor is rumored to want to skip off season workouts and knows that the Dolphins will not commit to him until after the draft, so you kind of get the feeling that the Jets are being used as bait here.

With a reported 2 year, $3.5 million offer on the table, it seems that Taylor will wait until after the draft to see if Miami can match.
