Slow and low, that is the tempo

So whatcha whatcha want?

You want a blowout? You want Sanchez throwing for 300 yards and 3 TD’s? Not gonna happen this year.

In a world gone mad, the Jets got it together Sunday and played to their strengths, defeating the Carolina Panthers, 17-6 in a run-filled, controlled, defensive game.

Two Darrell Revis Interceptions, including a 67 yard TD, set the tone Sunday, as the Jets pressured Panthers QB Jake Delhomme all day (14 for 34, 130 yards, 4 INTs), and used the running game to set up QB Mark Sanchez and his New Style which included controlled passes and utilizing Dustin Keller and his physical ability.

No sabotage this week; Sanchez, Jones and the Defense were Triple Trouble for the Panthers and dominated from the beginning.

For those who wrote the Jets off this season… hold it now.

For those who wrote Sanchez off this season… Deal with it.

With Sure Shot Thomas Jones (75 yards, 1 TD), the Jets find themselves one game out of the wild card.

To provide even bigger news, Picture this: Kerry Rhodes = 2 INTs.

Hey Ladies, thursday Night… Toronto.
