JETS BETS!!!

It’s a beautiful Sunday morning! Unfortunately, there is a void today while the Jets rest up for the Bengals. We’ll have to spend the day rooting against the rest of the AFC East. With that said, lets get to our Jets Bets for today!

We once again hit our top play last week as Tennessee knocked out the Vikings! Unfortunately we came up short with the two smaller plays which resulted in a loss. There are some interesting spreads this week that we’re looking to capitalize on!!! Cheese Please!

30 Blocks of Cheddar on Jacksonville -4.5

This is a great spot for Jacksonville to make a statement! The Steelers gave everything they had, including their first round pick to come out of last Monday Night with a win. They are banged up on both sides of the ball and are coming in to face a rested Jaguar squad who has owned the Steelers in recent history! I expect to see Byron Leftwich in there at some point to face his old team. Big Ben just can’t continue to get hit at this rate. The Jags should take this one down fairly easy!

15 Crumbles of Blue Cheese on Tennessee -2.5

We’re gonna roll with the Titans until someone proves us wrong! Baltimore is also coming off the short week and won’t be able to protect Flacco against this Titans defense. We’re looking for a heavy dose off pressure today which should force the Ravens into some mistakes. Kerry Collins is a seasoned vet and will take care of the ball. The Titans own the advantage in all 3 phases of the game and should stay undefeated once again today!!!

10 Slices of American on Washington/Philadelphia over 42

This number looks a little low to me!!! The Redskins and Eagles have both shown that they can score points on solid defenses this year. They will have to do the same today. Brian Westbrook looks like he’ll be back in action today which should allow the Eagles to score plenty of points against a banged up Redskins defense. The Redskins will have to match the Eagles scoring to make up for their short comings they face on the defensive side today. We’re looking for them to have plenty of success against an Eagles team that takes a lot of chances. Jason Campbell will finally have a turnover today, and the Eagles should win this one, but I have this O/U at 49, so that’s the play!
