With the 2012 football season finally in the books after last night, it’s time to start looking ahead. There are a lot of moves to come for the Jets, as we all know. The roster is going to be quite different in 2013, than the one that we ended 2012 with. Will Darrelle Revis be here? Will the offense be able to score…….ever? These, and many other questions are still to be answered.

That being said, I thought it might be fun to look ahead to 2013, and look at the odds for next year. Specifically, the early odds of the Jets winning next year. Just for fun:

ODDS OF THE JETS WINNING AFC CHAMPIONSHIP

25 TO 1

ODDS OF THE JETS WINNING THE SUPER BOWL

50 TO 1

With the roster still the way it is, I actually found these odds to be a little short. I was expecting to see at least 75 to 1 for the Jets winning the Super Bowl, and 50 to 1 for the AFC title. It’s all for fun at this point, just thought it interesting to look at.

Oh, by the way, who is the favorite to win the Super Bowl next year at MetLife?

The New England Patriots, at 6 to 1. How much would that stink, in our house?
