JETSerious
Drew Ferraro "JETSerious" -born a Jets fan in 1991. My favorite player growing up was Wayne Chrebet. I saw every Jets game beyond the past decade and witnessed many in the stands from Al Groh games (losses) to Rex Ryan/Mark Sanchez's first two home games (wins) as rookies.
I grew up a Ferraro, where our blood is the color green. Bleeding green isn't the only thing "JETSerious" is about. I'm serious about the Jets with a passion that brings a family tradition back to life-- dating back to my grandparents, who attended games in the 1960's at the Polo Grounds when the Jets were called the "Titans". Allowing our family tradition to live on is great, but I'm also eyeing on working for the Jets in some capacity one day.
I am currently studying as a Senior at East Stroudsburg University, majoring in Media Communications & Technology.
My seconds of fame came on ESPN: "Monday Night football", "Sports Center", and NFL Network: "Best of Sound FX 2010".
Try to spot JETSerious in the crowd with the Jets fireman helmet on!
The Geno Project: Vol. I kicks off a series that will evaluate the Jets 2nd round pick Geno Smith. Each article will include the strengths in his play, as well as his needs for improvement.
