2016 SEASON REVIEW

Going into his seventh season, Wilkerson had a rough season last year. Wilkerson recorded 58 tackles, 4.5 quarterback sacks, and one forced fumble. Needless to say, he will do his best to ensure a more productive season.

2017 SEASON OUTLOOK

Expectations are very high for Wilkerson as he is undoubtedly focused and determined to make the Jets defense something worth mentioning.

Wilkerson will look to return back to his Pro Bowl self and be a key defensive player that makes those around him even better. Wilkerson is certainly one of the best pass rushers in the game but it all depends on if he wants to step his game up unlike any other time before. Considering he was late to team meetings last season, expect him to keep his name in the headlines for all the right reasons.

TRAINING CAMP PREDICTION

Wilkerson is expected to do well in training camp and be named the captain of the defense. He will be out to prove the doubters wrong and prove he was worth every penny of his contract extension last year.
