Darrelle Revis: Video Alleges the NFL Star Involvement in Fight by George Stockburger (NFL Mocks)

While the supposed video filmed by the two men has not been released or even proven to exist, an eyewitness video was released by TMZ. This video supposedly shows the two men unconscious after an alleged fight, and the voice allegedly of Revis mocking them.

PFF: Jets Should Sign Mario Addison in FA by David Wyatt (Gang Green Nation)

It’s certainly an interesting suggestion. As things stand, the Jets have a lot of holes on their roster, defensive line doesn’t seem to be a major concern. Well in truth, Addison is a pass rushing specialist.

Ryan Fitzpatrick Ranked as Top 10 Free Agent Quarterback by Nick Ziegler (Empire Writes Back)

In 2016, he totaled 12 touchdown passes and 17 interceptions. His worst game came against the Kansas City Chiefs, as he threw six interceptions in that game. Fitzpatrick’s poor play eventually led to him being benched a few times during the season.

New York Jets Select Leonard Fournette in Mel Kiper’s Recent Mock Draft by Nick Ziegler (Empire Writes Back)

As Kiper mentions, this would be the best player available pick for the Jets. Cornerback Marshon Lattimore was taken by the Tennessee Titans with the fifth pick in this mock draft, and he is certainly a player that the Jets would like to have.

2017 NFL Draft: New York Jets Would Be Wise to Trade Back by Alan Schechter (NFL Spin Zone)

Now I understand the argument for the best player available. Mike Maccagnan certainly made that plan work when he drafted Leonard Williams in 2015. But in this case, it isn’t the right move in this particular scenario.

Darrelle Revis Leaves New York Jets with Easy Decision by Alan Schechter (NFL Spin Zone)

In all likelihood, Revis was going to be released anyway. Per Spotrac, Revis is set to make $15.3 million in 2017, far more than he deserves after his performance in 2016. He likely will be released by March 10th, because if he is on the roster on March 11, he will be due a $2 million roster bonus. That salary and that bonus aren’t going to happen.
