When it comes to Week 13 of Fantasy Football, wide receiver Brandon Marshall of the New York Jets serves as a must-start against a weak Indianapolis Colts defense.

The New York Jets will be hosting the Indianapolis Colts Monday night, for the teams first night matchup of the season. Gang Green, like stated many times before, has had an extremely disappointing 2016 season. Coming off a 10-win 2015 season in which the Jets missed the playoffs by a single game, fans expected the same moral from the previous year to carry over into this year. However, that wasn’t the case as Gotham has practically watched the door close on their playoff hopes as they enter Week 13 with a 3-8 record. Even their own fantasy football value for players is pretty bad on a consistent basis. However, this week, that might not be the case.

Despite the lack of success, the Jets have produced both on the field and off the field in fantasy football leagues, certain players still serve as a valuable stream this week in line-ups of all leagues. Wide receiver Brandon Marshall serves as a valuable WR2 stream in Fantasy Football this week against a porous Colts defense.

On the season, the Colts defense ranks as the 28th defense in points allowed per game with 27.4 and 30th in total yards allowed with 395. They are 30th in passing yards allowed each game with 278.7 and they’re 23rd against the run giving up an average of 116.3 rushing yards each week.

The Jets offense is nothing spectacular as it has ranked as the 21st best offense in total points a game with 24.2 and 12th in yards each game with 348.7. They are 22nd in passing yards with 262.8 and 4th in rushing yards with 85.9.

With Ryan Fitzpatrick once again the starting quarterback for the Jets in Week 13, Marshall will once again serve as his primary go-to target. The duo of Fitzpatrick and Marshall last week against the New England Patriots was successful despite their 22-17 defeat. Fitzpatrick posted 269 passing yards on 22 completions with two touchdowns. Marshall recorded six receptions for 67 yards and one touchdown.

Heading into Monday night, make sure Marshall is in your line-ups as the veteran receiver shouldn’t have a problem posting larger stats than his previous performance against a dreadful Colts secondary. Marshall should be able to record 4-6 receptions for over 75-yards and at least one touchdown.
