The NY Jets will send three of their top players to represent the organization in the 2016 Pro Bowl based on their incredible performances this season.

The fans have spoken and five members of the Jets will be headed to the Pro Bowl to represent Gang Green to the highest extent. For starters, wide receiver Brandon Marshall, cornerback Darrelle Revis and defensive end Muhammad Wilkerson have been officially selected. Center Nick Mangold and running back Chris Ivory are both first alternates.

Marshall has easily been one of the brightest spots on the Jets since the moment he arrived this past off-season. He finally brought a big presence to the Jets’ offense they haven’t had in years and has already made not only NFL history but also franchise history as well with tying a franchise record 93 receptions this season.

Here is what Marshall had to say about his selection to the Pro Bowl:

I’m just so honored to make my sixth Pro Bowl. I think this one is the most special one because it’s really a testament to the success of everyone on offense. Something I learned early on in high school is if you want to be a successful wide receiver, you have to have a guy on the other side that is also successful. Deck’s (Eric Decker) done a great job this year. Like I said all year, our offense starts with our running game. So Chris Ivory and Bilal Powell, those guys have done an amazing job as well as our offensive line. I’m just so thankful for them and also the fans who voted me in and obviously FitzMagic (Ryan Fitzpatrick). I wouldn’t have been here if it wasn’t for FitzMagic.

Revis truly lived up to expectations upon his return to the Jets after being traded away a few years ago and earning the first Super Bowl of his career last year with the New England Patriots. He’s been a true shut-down cornerback this season for the Jets as he’s kept some of the premier wide receivers in check while also developing those around him with his stellar play and leadership.

Here is what Revis had to say about his seventh selection to the Pro Bowl:

It’s always an honor making the Pro Bowl. I’ve been privileged, I think this is my seventh, so hard work pays off. I couldn’t without a lot of people that helped along the way. I want to give congratulations to my teammates Brandon Marshall, Mo Wilkerson, Nick Mangold (first alternate) and Chris Ivory (first alternate). I just want thank those guys for this year and what we’ve accomplished as a team. It is an individual achievement but at the same time, as a team, we have team goals as well that we want to accomplish.

Playing in his contract year, there has been much debate on whether or not the Jets should keep the services of Wilkerson based on everything he’s done so far. Needless to say, he’s been playing his best football yet and will certainly get the big money contract he’s looking for either with the Jets or elsewhere. So far this season, Wilkerson has totaled 35 tackles, 12.0 sacks and three forced fumbles.

Here is what Wilkerson had to say about his first ever selection to the Pro Bowl:

I’m happy that I made it, it’s my first Pro Bowl. But, I wouldn’t be able to make it if it wasn’t for my teammates, who are out there doing their job with me, and the coaches that prepare me for these different games each and every week and put me in a position to make plays and help out the team.
