Make sure to start these top 10 fantasy football sleepers that are ready to continue their momentum heading into Week 10 NFL action.

Can you believe it’s already Week 10? We wait all year for the season to roll around, then it’s over before we know it. Slow it down! The season may be over for many injured players, but we still have a stressful six weeks to go.

Last week’s games offered more injuries to the excessive amount of injuries the NFL has already accumulated. Ben Roethlisberger left the game injured after a whopping 2-week return from an early season injury.

Whether you’re looking to fill an injured player or even to fill a bye week player, make sure you get the best bang for your buck! Every week we see players come out of the woodwork, and we wish we would have started them. Well, that will not happen this week.

Let’s explore this week’s top 10 fantasy football sleepers.

Next: 10. This Eagle flies under the radar

Oct 25, 2015; Charlotte, NC, USA; Carolina Panthers cornerback Josh Norman (24) breaks up a pass in the end zone intended for Philadelphia Eagles tight end Zach Ertz (86) as Carolina Panthers outside linebacker Thomas Davis (58) helps defend in the second quarter at Bank of America Stadium. 10. Zach Ertz

Zach Ertz and the Philadelphia Eagles meet the Miami Dolphins in Week 10’s match-up. Last week, Ertz caught 5-of-6 targets for 44 yards against the Dallas Cowboys.

Miami has had trouble stopping tight ends this season, which offers more value to Ertz. Especially because in the last few week’s game, Ertz saw an increase number of targets coming his way.

Ertz enters Week 10 as a TE2, and projected a little over 10 fantasy points this week. If you ask me, with this Miami match-up, Ertz is underrated this week. Make sure to take advantage and start him.

Next: 9. This Cardinal will have a fantasy explosion

9. Carson Palmer

The Arizona Cardinals are flying high this season, and they wouldn’t be able to do it without Carson Palmer. Before his bye in Week 9, Palmer shocked fantasy players everywhere when he earned on average 50+ fantasy points in Week 8.

Palmer completed 23-of-38 passes for a total of 374 yards, and four touchdowns. He also offered one interception in Week 8’s victory over the Cleveland Browns.

Palmer enters Week 10 with a QB1 status. So far this season, Palmer has offered consistent fantasy points per game; at least 21 per game. As Palmer heads to Seattle, he will be a valuable asset to your lineup receiving at least 19 fantasy points in Week 10.

Next: 8. This Raven is well rested and ready to deliver

8. Kamar Aiken

Another sleeper coming off a bye this week is Kamar Aiken. In Week 8, Aiken caught 6-of-6 targets for a little over 60 yards in a win against the San Diego Chargers.

Baltimore Ravens’ wide receiver Steve Smith Sr. is declared out for the rest of the season after bursting his Achilles tendon. This means Aiken is looking like Baltimore’s No. 1 wide-out.

Week 10’s match-up against the Jacksonville Jaguars is looking in favor of Aiken. Jacksonville’s secondary offered at least 2 touchdowns to wide-outs within their last 3 games. Needless to say, start Aiken as he should definitely have a big week.

Next: 7. This Titan is ready to deliver

7. Antonio Andrews

Antonio Andrews enters Week 10 after a season high; he rushed 19 times for 88 yards against the New Orléans Saints. Andrews caught 1-of-2 targets for a total of 23 yards in last week’s victory.

After Andrews Week 9 performance, it is likely he will see more opportunities in this week’s game. Andrews and the Tennessee Titans prepare to face the Carolina Panthers, who are still undefeated.

But, don’t let this week’s match-up scare you! Upon Week 9, Carolina offered three opposing running backs 25 or more fantasy points. With these statistics, and his last week’s performance, Andrews is a sure sleeper in Week 10.

Next: 6. This Ram is a sure win

6. Tavon Austin

Tavon Austin has been consistently averaging 12 or more fantasy points per game. It’s shocking not many people have added him to their roster; some week’s he received over 20 points in his match-ups.

In Austin’s Week 9 loss to the Minnesota Vikings, he caught 4-of-7 targets for 1 yard. Austin also rushed 8 times for 66 yards in Week 9. This season, Austin is seeing much more playing time, which will benefit fantasy football teams, especially, in the St. Louis Rams Week 10 match-up against the Chicago Bears.

Chicago has offered wide-outs 2 or more touchdowns per game in the first half of the season. With Austin’s versatile abilities on the field, that statistic is going to rise. Austin is a valuable sleeper this week and is projected to receive at least 13 points if not more, in his Week 10 match-up.

Next: 5. It's a Rodgers duo in Green Bay

Nov 8, 2015; Charlotte, NC, USA; Green Bay Packers tight end Richard Rodgers (82) scores a touchdown as Carolina Panthers defensive end Kony Ealy (94) defends in the fourth quarter. The Panthers defeated the Packers 37-29 at Bank of America Stadium. Mandatory Credit: Bob Donnan-USA TODAY Sports

5. Richard Rodgers

Richard Rodgers ownership in fantasy leagues is slowly increasing week after week. Week 9’s game allowed Rodger to catch 5-of-9 targets for 19 yards. He also had two touchdowns in the Green Bay Packers loss to the Carolina Panthers.

Rodgers has received double-digit fantasy points every week this season. This is no surprise as Rodgers is playing under a talented quarterback in Aaron Rodgers. This Rodgers duo seems to work!

Rodgers comes into Week 10 as a TE2. He is projected at least 12 fantasy game points this week in his match-up against the Detroit Lions. He’s a great sleeper filler for any one your bye or injured players.

Next: 4. This Giant stomps the yard

4. Shane Vereen

This New York Giant came in strong last week, with almost 15 fantasy points in his win over the Tampa buccaneers. Shane Vereen is a sure play running back in Week 10.

Last week, Vereen had 6 carries for 14 yards. He also caught 4-of-4 target for 29 yards and a touchdown. These numbers seem like a sure sleeper in his Week 10 match-up against the New England Patriots.

New England has allowed at least four receptions to running backs in six different games. Vereen’s role in New York will allow him to be among those statistics.

Vereen comes into Week 10 as a RB1/2 and is projected at least 10 fantasy points this week. However, I am confident he may surprise us all, and exceed this projection. Definitely play Vereen Week 10.

Next: 3. Watch out for this Lion

Sep 27, 2015; Detroit, MI, USA; Denver Broncos strong safety T.J. Ward (43) attempts to tackle Detroit Lions tight end Eric Ebron (85) after a catch during the fourth quarter at Ford Field. Broncos win 24-12. Mandatory Credit: Raj Mehta-USA TODAY Sports

3. Eric Ebron

Not many people jump for a chance to add a Detroit Lion to their roster however, Eric Ebron is a sure sleeper in Week 10’s game. Ebron caught 3-of-5 targets in Week 8.

Coming off a bye, Ebron is going to be Matthew Stafford’s go to man. With Calvin Johnson now limited in practice and on the field, Ebron will see more play time and a tougher work load.

As Detroit moves on to face the Green Bay Packers, Ebron enters the week a TE1. Ebron is projected double-digit fantasy points this week, which could exceed 13 points with Johnson out this week. Don’t sleep on Ebron this week and draft him before it’s too late.

Next: 2. This Packer is ready to shine

Nov 8, 2015; Charlotte, NC, USA; Green Bay Packers running back James Starks (44) runs as Carolina Panthers cornerback Josh Norman (24) defends in the first quarter at Bank of America Stadium. Mandatory Credit: Bob Donnan-USA TODAY Sports

2. James Starks

Coming into Week 10, the Packers have declared James Starks as their No.1 running back. This is a good enough reason on its own to add him to your roster as he’s definitely heading into a favorable match-up this week against the Lions.

Starks out shined teammate Eddie Lacy, who has suffered with a groin injury. After an ugly fumble, Lacy was benched, which allowed Starks to earn his No. 1 place on the team.

Starks enters Week 10 having received over 20 fantasy points in last week’s game. Starks is preparing to go head to head with the Lions who, have given the fifth most points to running backs this season. Don’t miss out on this sleeper.

Next: 1. This Redskin will surprise many

1. Kirk Cousins

Let’s give a round of applause to my No. 1 sleeper of Week 10 in Kirk Cousins. He has had a rough fantasy football streak (I even dropped him from my roster), but Week 10 seems promising for this Washington Redskin.

Yes, Cousins didn’t excel greatly in his Week 9 loss to the New England Patriots however, team members dropping passes was more of a downfall in that match-up; not his quarterback game. Don’t forget in past week’s Cousins posted over 20 fantasy points per game several times this season.

Next: Top 10 fantasy football players to sit in Week 10

Although he is not consistent across the scoreboard, his Week 10 match-up against the New Orleans Saints should offer Cousins 20 or more fantasy points this week as well. Did I mention New Orleans is coming into this week’s game having allowed the most fantasy points to a quarterback? Cousins is a sure game changer in Week 10.
