2014 FanSided Mock Draft is Complete

One more mock draft for you guys. We love mock drafts around here at Fansided so much, we bring you one we did ourselves.

We, the football editors at Fansided just finished our own mock draft to finish off the pre-draft season. We finally can say that the extra two weeks of draft coverage is over, with tomorrow night being the 8th, and the start of the first round.

So normally with these mock drafts, we ask who the writer has chosen for the Jets. Well, since the edtiors constructed this one, the question is, who did I choose for our New York Jets?
BRANDIN COOKS, WR, OREGON STATE

With Eric Ebron off the board, this is the pick that needs to be made. You don’t have to be a Jets’ fan to know that they are in need of playmakers. They have started down that road to recovery with Chris Johnson and Eric Decker. Now you add a guy that can fly like Cooks can, all of a sudden the Jets have a nice array of weapons, no matter if it is Geno under center or Mike Vick.

Take a look at the entire mock draft by clicking here.

For anyone who reads this blog with regularity, the choice cannot surprise you.  My top choice is Ebron so the Jets could add a weapon up the seam.  With Ebron off the board, Cooks is a guy that the Jets have liked since the Combine.  He would be an excellent choice here.
