Ready to start thinking about football once again?
Well, it’s time to do so. The Jets, per Brian Costello, have released the off-season workout schedule. Here it is:
- Off-season program begins April 21st.
- OTA’s are May 27-28th, and the 30th; June 2nd, and 4-5th; June 9-12th.
- Mandatory minicamp is June 17-19th.
How great is that to hear? Football is on it’s way back, ladies and gentlemen. We can put away our Mets and Yankees shirts, which we all know we have out as a bridge back to the football season anyway.
Well not put them away, but we can start to think about it at least.
Granted, there is a lot of work to be done between now and the above schedule. There are still many holes to fill, and players that need to come in here and fill them.
We have the latter portion of free agency, and the draft before we really see what this roster is going to be about. But, it is still nice to start thinking about putting the football team back on the field again, isn’t it?
