Come on now, fans, if there was going to be news about this guy, did anyone really think that I wouldn’t have something to say?

Yesterday, a report came from the Daily News that Mark Sanchez is doing well with his shoulder rehabilitation.  Just four months after surgery, a source informed the Daily News that Mark is already throwing the ball with good velocity, and that he can already make some downfield throws.

What does the news mean?  Well, it doesn’t really change very much.  We all know all too much about his gigantic salary cap number, thanks to our good buddy Mike Tannenbaum.  At this point, the only thing more likely to occur than Mark Sanchez being cut is that it will snow again before the end of winter in the New York area.

It simply means that he should have enough arm strength to show ability worthy of a trip to another NFL camp.

So, for those in the fan base that are the anti-Mark factions, don’t worry.  The guy will still be gone.  For us Mark Sanchez fans, our guy is getting healthy, and will have a chance at success elsewhere.

No matter where you fall on the guy’s ability, nobody should wish ill on him.  After all, he does have four playoff road victories on his resume.
