As we all know, the Jets rounded out their season with a 20-7 victory over the rival Miami Dolphins. They finished up 8-8 and have some strong momentum heading into the 2014 season. For one last time, let’s see who earned their wings:

GENO SMITH: Geno posted his second straight very strong outing. Although he didn’t throw a touchdown pass, he did run for one. Even more important to Jets’ fans, he completed his second outing in a row without a turnover. For the game he was 17-27 through the air for 190 yards. He added 10 rushes for 44 yards and one touchdown. Excellent performance by Geno, and one to hang onto as he rolls into 2014.

DEE MILLINER: It is exciting to see a young player like him finally come around and play to the expectations that came with him. Yesterday, he was credited with five passes defended in addition to his two interceptions. He was stuck like glue on his man all day, even when that man was Mike Wallace. Great job by Dee.

RYAN QUIGLEY: I’m giving you an odd one for the final wings, but Quigley had a very nice game yesterday. He only averaged a little of 36 yards per punt, but he did drop three inside the 20. That is an excellent way to win the field position game.
