The big news here is Haloti Ngata is still out of practice, and his potential absence in this weeks game could be a huge boon for a struggling Jets offensive Line. However, Santonio Holmes lack of participation in practice is very worrisome as the Jets don’t have many offensive weapons to speak of and Holmes might be one of the most reliable. On the bright side Jeremy Kerley makes his return to practice today which is a good sign for his game status this weekend. Kerley has proven to be a solid and reliable receiver in our system and his absence has been felt for sure. If Holmes can get healthy and Kerley is ready to play the Jets offense will have it’s two best receivers in the starting line-up, and with the potential absence of Ngata this could be a scenario where the Jets passing game could get some wind in it’s sails.
