It was an ugly afternoon yesterday in upstate, NY. There wasn’t much to get excited about in a 37-14 route on the road. But, we still have some wings to give out. With some thought, there were still a couple of guys that deserved them, so here we go:

MATT SIMMS: I know he got in the game when it was over, but it’s time to give him his wings, to congratulate him for throwing his first professional touchdown pass, a thirteen yard toss to Jeff Cumberland. The drive they scored on, they did achieve some success, and for that, congratulations Matt Simms.

MO WILKERSON: The man is, and always will be, a beast, no matter how the team played as a whole. Mo played well again this week, with eight tackles, and one pass defended. The other team always has to be worried about where #96 is, at any moment.

CHRIS IVORY: Again, yardage accumulated during garbage time, but Chris Ivory did score a TD in back to back games for the first time this season. A late, long run brought his total to 98 yards for the game, so at least he helped fantasy owners.
