The Jets will be without rookie CB Dee Milliner Monday night

The Jets and the Falcons will meet Monday night in Atlanta in a game in which both teams are looking for a big win. The teams are relatively healthy, but lets take a look at the injury report for both teams.

New York JetsOut- CB Dee Milliner ( Hamstring) , WR Santonio Holmes ( hamstring) OL Oday Aboushi ( knee)Analysis- While Aboushi provides depth on the O-line, the big names that the Jets will be without Milliner and Holmes. Holmes has been a huge weapon for rookie QB Geno Smith, and also has been looked at as a safety valve for the rookie. Tone is a true number one receiver who the Jets desperately need on the field. Someone else will have to step up in his place this week. The Falcons have two great receivers in Roddy White and Julio Jones, and the Jets are going to have their hands full covering these two all night especially without the rookie Milliner. With Milliner down, look for Darrin Walls and Kyle Wilson to once again take over the starting role.

Questionable – WR Clyde Gates ( Knee) , TE Kellen Winslow ( knee)Analysis- Both of these guys are going to be used heavily on offense Monday night, so the Jets are hoping they are able to go. so far this season, Winslow has been the Jets most reliable receiver up to this point. Gates is a guy who will need to step up in the absence of Holmes.

Probable- DB Antonio Allen ( Finger) , OL Willie Colon ( elbow) , DL Quinton Coples ( ankle) , DB Antonio Cromartie ( hip) , DL Kenrick Ellis ( back) , RB Mike Goodson ( hamstring) , WR Stephen Hill ( concussion) , LB Garrett Mcintyre ( shoulder) , RB Chris Ivory ( hamstring) , DL Sheldon Richardson ( shoulder) , QB Geno Smith ( ankle) , DB Darrin Walls ( shoulder) .Analysis – It is a good sign for the Jets that WR Stephen Hill looks to be on track to play Monday night after suffering a concussion. Also, it looks like RB Mike Goodson will be making his Jets debut.

Atlanta FalconsOut- OL Sam Baker ( knee) , RB Stephen Jackson ( hamstring) , LB Akeem Dent ( Ankle)Analysis- All three of these players play a role on this Falcons squad. Baker is a big piece of the O- line, while Stephen Jackson is a tough, hard -nosed runner who is brutal to bring down. With these guys down, the falcons will be looking for others to step up and make an impact.

Questionable – TE Chase Coffman ( knee) , WR Julio Jones ( knee) , CB Asante Samuel ( thigh) , WR Roddy White ( ankle) , LB Paul Worrilow ( knee)Analysis- It is good news for the Falcons that it seems star receivers Roddy White and Julio Jones are on track to play Monday night. These guys are nightmares for any defense, so Rex Ryan sure has his work cut out for him this week.

Probable- DT Jonathan Babineaux ( foot) , WR Drew Davis ( ankle) .Analysis- It seems that both these guys are ready to go Monday.

This should be a good game on Monday night, both teams are looking to improve their record an keep track in their respective divisions.
