Sunday Noon Spotlight: New York Jets TE Kellen Winslow,Jr

Happy mid-day Sunday, Jets fans. Happy Father’s Day to all of the Dad’s around the fan base and that enjoy this blog as well. Hopefully you are enjoying this wonderful weekend and spending time with your families.

So, instead of bringing you a lot of talk with the middle of the day post, I decided to bring you guys some video instead. Specifically, it’s video of the Jets’ newest veteran weapon, TE Kellen Winslow, Jr.

There is no need to spend a lot of time on him. We have talked quite a bit about how exciting a talent Winslow is, and can be if healthy. He could be the steal of the free agent market if his health stays. Kellen Winslow is a football player that is a weapon in the slot. Even big Dustin Keller fans will forget about him.

Here is some video, enjoy!

If Winslow can go an entire year, he will show himself as quite the strong down field weapon. Any quarterback behind center will be comfortable with this man coming to find a spot in the zone to sit down and make a big catch.

Enjoy the rest of your day!

i know we need receivers and tight ends who can catch the ball, my only issue is this: i don’t wanna see us get winslow and some old receiver for this year and then we lose guys like rogers and hayden and they go on to be monsters for some other team. if we knew what we’re gonna get from holmes it would be one thing, but we need somebody to catch the damn ball!

I think the team holds your view, that they have many more than 1 or 2 worries.
