The Browns wont even look at drafting DL. Rubin, Taylor and Bryant are penned in as the starters. Winn and Hughes provide a solid rotation. Why waste the 6th overall pick on a player who has no chance at starting DE or NT? They wont address the DL at all for a long time, there is no need.

They also arent likely to trade away Paul Kruger or Jabaal Sheard, which is the only way they draft a OLB high if you are thinking that. Sheard may or may not be a viable option at OLB, but they arent going to put a good 2nd round pick on the bench when he can be starting at OLB. They also signed depth here in FA.

Pick makes no sense. CB, FS and FB are the only primary needs on the entire team. RG, TE and ILB are the secondary needs. Upgrades can be used at QB, OLB and maybe WR.

I didnt even notice you had Milliner falling out of the top 10. The Browns have one CB on the roster, Haden. They dont have a starter opposite of him and they dont view Skrine as an option even in the slot. Milliner is far and away the top prospect on their board until they find a starting CB, they simply dont have any other possibilities here. They wont go into the season with just one CB or one CB and some backups, no team would.

Outside of RG, the O-Line is very solid. Warmack would be an option if they had no other needs, but 6th is high for a Guard no matter what, but especially on a team where RG is the only need and it isnt a major need.

If Milliner isnt on the board, it is very likely they trade down and try to grab a combination of CB, FS and TE with their 1st three picks in the draft. Rhodes/Trufant/Banks+Eifert/Ertz+Vaccaro/Reid is very likely via a trade down.
