Onward and upward through the NFL combine we go. Today as you know, was the offensive skilled positions, RB, WR, and QB.  Geno Smith, Mike Glennon and company took their turn on the Indianapolis turf to show their stuff for their future bosses.  Next, we bring you the official 40 yard dash times for the quarterbacks:

Smith, Geno West Virginia QB 4.59
Manuel, EJ Florida St. QB 4.65
Scott, Matt Arizona QB 4.69
Gray, MarQueis Minnesota QB 4.73
Cameron, Colby Louisiana Tech QB 4.78
Klein, Collin Kansas St. QB 4.78
Vandenberg, James Iowa QB 4.92
Glennon, Mike N.C. State QB 4.94
Wilson, Tyler Arkansas QB 4.95
Sorensen, Brad Southern Utah QB 4.97
Bray, Tyler Tennessee QB 5.05
Nassib, Ryan Syracuse QB 5.06
Jones, Landry Oklahoma QB 5.11

Geno Smith is a particularly impressive young man.  If you listened to his interview after the workouts you will know why.  When asked if he plans to use his legs more, he talked about how the quarterback’s primary role is to be a pocket passer.  His job is to use his legs when necessary, but he is a “facilitator”, not a “playmaker”.

How mature of a brain.  It’s nice to see.
