Going on right now is the first day of workouts from the 2013 NFL scouting combine. The offensive linemen were the featured group today, and Terron Armstead from Arkansas-Pinebluff provided highlight reel material.

Besides performing well in his drills, he turned heads of every scout in the building after running a 4.65 40 yard dash. Take a look at some highlights of his performance from earlier today:

That 4.65 speed is quite impressive. As they said on the telecast, 4.65 from a lineman is as if a WR or RB ran for a 4.1 in the dash.

He show a great deal of agility in his drills as well. Will this raise his draft stock? Possibly. He certainly looks like he will be an asset to any team needing an offensive tackle.

For anyone interested in one of the big names in the draft as well, we have a clip of Luke Joeckel’s 40 yard dash as well. Take a look:

Enjoy the rest of the workouts today with the big guys, and stay tuned for offensive skilled position players tomorrow from Indy.
