Jets and NYC Department of Education Team Up to Help PSAL

This afternoon, the Jets are teaming up with the NYC Department of Education will come together for a donation that will make it’s mark across all of the PSAL, Public School Athletic League. FB John Conner will be presenting a check from the New York Jets in the amount of $125,000 to support the PSAL. This donation will help recondition every helmet in the PSAL, continue the first-ever PSAL Girls Varsity Flag Football league and support the CHAMPS middle school flag football program.

In a league where a lot is made of the mis-steps of players, it is iimportant to acknowledge when players and teams give back to their communities.  This type of donation can make a real difference across all of the NYC schools.  Great job by the Jets getting involved here.
