New York Jets Inactives for Today’s Game

A little over one hour before the game, and we have the inactives for the NY Jets:

Darrelle Revis
Damon Harrison
Jonathan Grimes
Greg McElroy
Caleb Schlauderaff
Dustin Keller
Stephen Hill

Obviously the offense will be shorthanded as they take the field for battle. Their biggest threat down the field in Hill is out, and the most reliable receiver for Mark Sanchez also will not be playing.

So, it’s on everybody to move up and take today’s challenge head-on. Chaz Schilens will get a lot of time today. He needs to show us that he can get open and catch the football. Patrick Turner will have to show all of us why the Jets brought him back. They need to play well in Hill’s absence.

Jeff Cumberland and Konrad Reuland need to combine to be Dustin Keller. They don’t have a consistent threat over the middle from the TE position without Keller. The two aforemetioned guys have filled in well. With Keller out yet again, the Jets have to step up and play well.

We’ll find out shortly.
