It’s Friday, so here comes the Friday injury report. First for the Jets:
WR Stephen Hill (Hamstring)- Stephen has not practiced all week long, so it is not likely that Hill will play on Sunday. Hill thinks he is well enough to be a game-time decision, but it doesn’t sound that way when you hear coach Ryan talk. It sounds like we will get a heavy dose of Chaz Schilens on Sunday.
RB John Conner (Knee), TE Dustin Keller (Hamstring), LB Bart Scott (Toe), LB Bryan Thomas (Hamstring), WR Patrick Turner (Hamstring)
This whole group of questionables has been limited in practice all week, so we shall see on Sunday when the inactives come out, who is going to go and who is not. Keller has been the big news, practicing all week after not practicing much last week following a setback on his hamstring. Everyone is hopeful that Keller, Sanchez’s security blanket, will be available on Sunday.
The following is the group of probables, but they were all a full go at practice this week:
LB Nick Bellore (Shoulder), CB Antonio Cromartie (Shoulder), DT Mike Devito (Calf), T Austin Howard (Back), S LaRon Landry (Heel), CB Ellis Lankster (Back), C Nick Mangold (Wrist), G Brandon Moore (Hip), LB Calvin Pace (Achiles), DT Sione Po’uha (Back), G Matt Slauson (Knee), S Eric Smith (Hip/Knee), CB Isaiah Trufant (Ankle)
And now for the San Francisco 49ers:
WR Ted Ginn (Ankle), RB Brandon Jacobs (Knee), DT Isaac Sopoaga (Ankle, Knee)
The one most likely out in this group is Sopoaga, who has not practiced all week. The others were limited.
TE Vernon Davis (Back), P Andy Lee (Hand), LB Patrick Willis (Ankle)
Everyone here was a full go in practice at the end of the week, so I am sure they will all play on Sunday.
