Dustin Keller Practices, No Stephen Hill for the Jets

Some good news on the injury front for the New York Jets. You will get our full report later on as always.

But, the good news, is that Dustin Keller practiced today. Keller has been sidelined by a hamstring injury since week one. Having Keller back will be a great boost to Mark Sanchez’s confidence, as being Mark Sanchez’s most reliable receiver. Assuming he can go on Sunday, a big plus for the New York Jets.

In other news, wide receiver Stephen Hill did not practice again, with HIS hamstring issue. Stephen came up lame Sunday against the Dolphins while running a deep passing route, and hasn’t practiced since. Stephen seems to think it will be a game time decision, but the tides seem to be moving in favor of him missing the game on Sunday. Should he not play, this will increase the playing time of Chaz Schilens, and likely Patrick Turner as well.

Bryan Thomas also practiced on a limited basis today. Coach Ryan said that if Thomas is ready to go, he will start at linebacker.
