Halftime Update: 10-3 Dolphins Over the Jets

Halftime in Miami, and it has been all Dolphins so far, leading 10-3.

The Jets have gotten nothing going so far on offense, the lone touchdown of the game coming off of a Mark Sanchez INT on the first drive of the game. Daniel Thomas scored from one yard out to make the score 7-0.

Mark Sanchez has not been sharp, as he is 8-19 for 77 yards and 1 INT, although he should have a TD, if not for a Stephen Hill drop in the corner of the endzone. The one Jets score came on a Nick Folk field goal at the end of the half, which was sparked by a fake punt run for the first down, by none other than Tim Tebow.

Shonn Greene and Bilal Powel have a combined 38 yards on 12 carries so far. Reggie Bush is leading all ball carriers with 61 yards on 10 carries, but came out of the game late in the first half with an apparent knee injury. That could be the best news of the game so far if he doesn’t return.
