We will have a full injury report later this afternoon by our own Max McKenna, but a couple of things deserved special mention.

First is Mark Sanchez. Many of us were concerned that after the hit he sustained on Sunday at the hands of Lawrence Timmons, that Mark had a concussion. Well, he did appear on the injury list today, but not with a concussion. He has some lower back stiffness, that coach Ryan said is not a big deal. He should remain a full participant, but just worth taking note of.

In other news, CB Darrelle Revis still has not been cleared for contact, since his concussion sustained in week 1. He participated in some non-contact drills in practice today, but cannot become a full participant until he is cleared.

Earlier, when asked if Revis wil be back on Sunday in Miami, coach Ryan said that we “cannot assume that”. He still must pass of the league’s requisite tests in order to be cleared. From all accounts, he seems to be progressing, but until he is cleared, there is no guarantee of when we will see Darrelle.

Check in this afternoon for the full Wednesday injury report.
