No Change for Darrelle Revis:Sunday Still Uncertain

For anyone looking for an update leaning towards Darrelle Revis playing on Sunday, there is none to be had yet.

Coach Ryan announced today, prior to the team’s practice, that there is no change at this time to Darrelle’s status. He is cleared for lifting weights and running, but not for contact as of yet. Rex is hopeful for an update following practice, and we will have it for you if there is one.

The one thing we did learn, is that Revis will not be a game-time decision. Coach Ryan said that he plans to have more info by Saturday, and if he is not cleared for contact at that point, they will play it safe and not have Darrelle join the team for the trip. So if he is not cleared by Saturday, Kyle Wilson will play in his place.

We all are hoping to see Darrelle Revis blanketing Antonio Brown, so hopefully, there will be movement on the status later on this week.

In other injury news, Jeremy Kerley and Eric Smith both participated in practice today. We will update their injury statuses as well as they become available.
