Good news on the injury front, finally.

As was reported yesterday, Dustin Keller tested out his hamstring today running routes during practice. Some onlookers today said that Dustin looked good out there, which can only be a positive sign.

The official injury report has not come out yet for the day, so we will wait for his official status until that time. However, unless Keller had a setback, all signs are looking good for him playing on Sunday against the Bills. There is only a walkthrough left before the game, so if he is ready following this practice, it’s hard to imagine that he won’t be able to go on Sunday.

The Jets need all the help they can get on the offensive side of the football, and Keller is as important as it gets. The Jets are thin at the tight end position, so being without Dustin would be a huge loss.

No Keller would mean only one proven receiving weapon, Santonio Holmes. Dustin Keller is essential, so we will all be looking forward to the injury report later on today.

In other news, Mike DeVito and Sione Pouha practiced as well.
