Cornerback Julian Posey is entering his second year with the Jets, and will be fighting for playing time in his first full offseason with the team. He talked in his Q and A about what has surprised him most this offseason:

Just the camaraderie and the coming together, being able to come together and see what the other players are capable of. You’re able to get that feel, to get that cohesiveness, to go ahead and be able to come together as a unit. We also get more down time, more time in general to be around each other from the weight room to the field to even being in the locker room. And we get more opportunities to be around each other outside of here, like go grab a bite to eat with a guy or go over to his house and study the playbook.

A full offseason is going to help every member of this team. One thing we obviously missed in 2011 was team camaraderie. Glad to see it is coming back.
