The Jets are counting on Antonio Cromartie, along with the rest of the 2012 Jets defense, to have a big year in order to get back to the level they expect. In his summer Q and A, Cromartie talked about the Jets keeping it simple in order to get back there:

It’s just going back to the simpler things. Making sure guys understand the simpler things and knowing that we’re trying to figure out what makes guys play faster. Right now, we are playing a lot faster than we were when we came into training camp last year. So that’s the biggest thing for us, just try to come up and start playing fast.

He also had several players that he thinks will break out in 2012, including Joe McKnight and Mark Sanchez.

Keeping it simple sounds like a good idea to me. Anything to make sure that the team is all on the same page.
