Another blow to the NFLPA fight against the Bountygate rulings.

Today, a second arbitrator has ruled that the commissioner is allowed to dole out the punishment related to Bountygate.

The NFLPA argued, and already lost once, that the CBA doesn’t allow the commissioner to hand out the punishment, and they further were requsting to have the appeal officers hear the case instead.

No dice on both. Goodell can dole out the punishment and hear the appeals.

By the way, good luck with those, Saints players, you will need it.
