Dave DeGuglielmo started his coaching career right out of college, as a graduate assistant on the offensive line at Boston College. He spent 1993-1996 at his alma mater, Boston University, as an assistant head coach as well as working with the offensive line.

After five years at South Carolina, also coaching offensive line, he broke into the NFL with the New York Giants. He spent 2004-2008 as the assistant offensive line coach, as well as the quality control coach in 2004, and won a Super Bowl following the 2007 season.

The last three years have been spent as the offensive line coach with the Miami Dolphins.

Cleary, Dave DeGuglielmo has the resume to coach offensive line. He does know what he is doing. Does he know what he is talking about regarding Wayne Hunter? Time will tell on that.
